Random fact about Hoodie #1

I used to hate Desmond. I know, I know. Well, at first...I was just like "crazy dude in a hatch whatever." By the second season finale when he had his flashbacks, I was like..."...Oh. That's sad." Kind of forgot about it over the break, season three comes, don't really care too much about him...and then I hear that he's going to start seeing Charlie dying, and I'm like "WTF. No. Doesn't matter because Charlie's not going to die, but still."

And I saw the preview for Flashes Before Your Eyes where he attacks Charlie, and I remember very clearly saying: "AHH! Damn it." And I started having this grudge. And then I heard about the "love triangle" (hahaha like that happened) between Charlie/Claire/Desmond, which got me even more frustrated with his character. And then I was like "Wait...he loves Penny. Duh. There's not going to be a stupid triangle." And there wasn't. (I don't mind the idea of a triangle, but I was hoping it would've been with another girl so Charlie could get fought over :])

And...then I liked Desmond. I know that in the show (at least not until towards the end), he and Charlie weren't as close as I make them out to be in fanfiction, but still.  So when Desmond started saving Charlie, I was cool with him. Although I was more than a little flustered that he was going to let Charlie die in Catch-22 and then he said that saving his life was pointless and he let Mikhail go...but forget and forgive, right? That usually works for everyone but Darlton. And offering to take his place in GH made up for all the mean-Desmond moments!

Random Fact #2

I'm a Skate fan. *sigh* Not, like, hardcore or anything. I don't really care what happens in the love triangle, but I prefer Skate because Jack frustrates me. First of all, I really like Kate because she reminds me of myself and I like Sawyer because, well, people like Sawyer. Here's the weird thing, though...I like writing for Jack in my fanfictions, as some of you can probably tell. I feel sorry that Jack's character isn't like he was in season one.

I judge how much I like characters by how they treat Charlie in the show. I know, biased! But this means I hate Mikhail with a burning passion.

I was always overly-confident that Charlie wouldn't die. Ever. And some of that confidence has carried over, thus throwing me into a state of confusion and denial.

When I was in Chicago to see the filming for Batman (stupid obsessed David drug me there) I saw Nestor Carbonell (who plays Richard Alpert in Lost and the mayor in Batman) and didn't care at all because of how pissed I was at anything Lost. I did, however, see Heath Ledger and nearly had a heart attack.

I still could care less about batman, though.

I don't think Charlie is really, REALLY dead because I'm a hopeless loser.
